VIVERO MAYORISTA DE EEUU DEJA DE USAR NEONICOTINOIDES COMO INSECTICIDA

VIVERO MAYORISTA DE EEUU, PROVEEDOR DE HOME DEPOT DEJA DE USAR NEONICOTINOIDES COMO INSECTICIDA Y ADVIERTE SOBRE LAS PLANTAS QUE FUERON TRATADAS CON ESOS INSECTICIDAS (por ej.

Breaking: J. Berry Nursery of Grand Saline, Texas Stops Neonicotinoid Insecticide Treatment of Plants. The nursery, which supplies plants to over 1,000 Home Depot stores throughout Texas, surrounding states and the Midwest, says that since the issue has become publicly recognized for its impacts on bees and other pollinators, it will stop using neonics. Home Depot recently began requiring all nursery plants that have been treated with neonicotinoids to carry a label to inform customers. J. Berry Nursery decided to dump the neonics rather than label. Thank you, J Berry Nursery!
Consumer pressure works. Tell Lowe's Home Improvement and Walmart to get with the program and commit to transparency and phasing out bee-killing neonicotinoid insecticide treatments for plants. Tell your nursery to dump the neonics. Help create awareness for the bees and all pollinators. Ask your friends and family to ask their nurseries to do the same.
Give J. Berry Nursery a shout out for their commitment to dumping the neonics:https://www.facebook.com/JBerryNursery
